## 7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Work for Hire. All Work Product created by Provider shall be considered "work made for hire" as defined under the U.S. Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 101).
7.2 Assignment. Provider hereby irrevocably assigns to Client all right, title, and interest in the Work Product, including all intellectual property rights.
